1. Agreeing to these terms
By using Blindspot Blackjack (blindspotblackjack.com), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is run by Blindspot Games, which also runs Blindspot Poker; one account works on both, and each site's terms apply while you use it.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to use the site where you live.
3. Play money only
All games, bets, buy-ins and chips on the site are simulated. They have no monetary value, can't be bought, sold or exchanged, and can't be cashed out or won as prizes. The site doesn't offer, arrange or promote real-money gambling.
4. A learning tool
The lessons, coach, charts, drills and statistics are for education and entertainment. The strategy is worked out mathematically for the rules you choose, but it is general guidance, not personalised advice, and nothing on the site guarantees results. Card counting is legal, but casinos may refuse to deal to people they think are counting. If you choose to play real-money blackjack elsewhere, you do so at your own risk and must follow the laws where you live.

5. Your account
You can create an optional account by signing in with Google. Keep your Google account secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
6. Fair use
Please don't:
- try to access other players' data or interfere with the site's security or operation;
- at multiplayer tables: use offensive or impersonating table names, or use bots or tools to play for you;
- as a host: pass on the dealer's face-down card to players at the table;
- share someone else's coach link or overlay link, or use one that wasn't given to you;
- put anything offensive, sexual, hateful, misleading or someone else's private information in your name, picture, bio or links, or pretend to be someone you're not;
- use automated tools to overload the site or scrape it at scale;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.
At multiplayer tables the server deals every round from a fairly shuffled shoe, and nobody at the table sees the dealer's face-down card before it's turned; a host sees it, which players are told before they sit. We may remove anyone from a table, close a table, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
We may change or remove a profile name, picture, bio or link that breaks these rules, or make a profile private. Anyone can report a profile from its page.
If you stream, you're responsible for your stream and what it shows, including following the rules of the platform you stream on. Keep your overlay link private.
7. Our content
The site's design, text, graphics and code belong to Blindspot Games or its licensors. You may use the site for your own learning. You may share links and screenshots of your own rounds and results.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove features, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its information is complete or accurate.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Blindspot Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any losses from gambling you do elsewhere. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
11. Support payments
You can choose to support the site with a one-time or monthly payment on the Support page. Support is voluntary and doesn't buy anything: it unlocks no features, gives no advantage in any game, isn't linked to your account, and can't be exchanged for chips, prizes or money. Blindspot Games is not a registered charity, so support payments aren't charitable donations and we don't issue tax receipts.
Payments are processed by Stripe, whose terms also apply to the payment. Monthly support renews each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Support page or by emailing us, and no further payments are taken. We refund any support payment in full if you ask within 30 days of it. We may stop accepting support at any time; if we do, we cancel all monthly support.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where the law of your home country gives you protections that can't be waived.
